Tournament Format

• 18-hole, four-person scramble for men and women.
• You are welcome to register a complete team using the entry form. Groups of fewer than four will be placed on a team.
• Rules will be handed out at check-in.
  

Lunch and Prizes

• Boxed lunch before the tournament.
• Longest putt contest.
• Closest to the pin contest.
• Longest drive contest.
• Event sponsored by Everence Financial.

Registration Details

• Registration deadline Friday, Sept. 29.
• In case of cancellation due to bad weather, the registration fee will be considered a donation, or will be refunded upon written request.
• No refunds will be made for no shows.
